Dianne Morad is a founding partner of Neponset Strategies.

Before establishing Neponset Strategies, Dianne began her career as the first legislative aide to Boston Mayor Marty Walsh when he was state representative.   Shortly after he became Mayor in 2014, she worked to help him build out Boston’s first-ever Economic Development cabinet.

Her experience includes policy development for legislative, executive, and independent state agencies, municipal government relations, and private consulting.  Dianne specializes in public safety, construction trades issues, and public health.  She has worked extensively on Massachusetts cannabis concerns since decriminalization in 2008, through the introduction of medical marijuana in 2012 and the adult use industry currently in formation.
